Adult Classes:
Wednesday Evenings from 7.30pm to 9.00pm – The classes are run on a drop in basis and cost £8 per lesson to be paid at the start of the class. The Vinyasa classes are 90 minutes in duration and are designed to suit all ages, male and female, beginners and beyond. Everyone very welcome! The evening classes run weekly all year. Loyalty cards can be bought and used for 10 classes and cost £72, giving you 10 classes for the price of 9! The cards are available to buy from me in the class and are valid for up to 6 months.
Where:
Classes are held at Cubbington Village Hall, Broadway, Cubbington, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 7JR. Please do contact me either by email or on 07703020295 if you would like any further information with regard to class timings, location or payment.
Private Lessons:
I am available to teach private lessons, which are tailored to your individual needs. The lessons are 60 minutes in duration and can be either:
1 to 1: £40 for 60 minutes.
Or why not bring a friend?
2 people: £60.00 (£30.00 each) for 60 minutes.
* Prices detailed are for private lessons within the local area. Additional travelling time costs applicable for lessons outside of the local area.
Children’s Yoga:
Pre School Yoga Classes –
Pre school yoga lessons are specifically designed for young children aged between 3 and 5 years old, the lessons are a playful way to introduce yoga to little ones through games, stories, stretching and breathing. There is a strong emphasis on just having fun. If you would like a taster session or a term time booking in your nursery or pre school then please do contact me.
Yoga in School –
I am available to teach children’s yoga to children in Primary schools from the age of 4 to 13 years old. I generally teach within the school day and usually spend an afternoon or a morning teaching separate year groups for around 40 minutes dependent on the age range of the children. The lessons are specifically catered for the particular age range as required. The cost of each session is £40 per hour. Please do contact me if you would like any further information.
